Lizzie Shupak and John Monks, Co-Founders, Curve

In today’s world, uncertainty is a constant and organisational change is more necessary than ever to respond to the urgent global and industry issues we face. Put simply, we have to find new ways of working.

Our agencies have the power to bring world-changing ideas to life - and the collaboration is a core behaviour that enables that. Good collaboration isn’t only the necessary input for creativity, it’s also something that can build strong cultures and increase the happiness and productivity of your people.

To thrive, agencies need to create cultures of collaborations that support multidisciplinary teams working in hybrid setups that don't rely on people getting together or bumping into each other. As leaders we can design and energise collaboration to get the best out of people.

This 90-minute workshop is engineered to help you create meaningful and lasting change for yourself, for your team and for your organisation by unlocking the power of people to create breakthrough ideas and solve your biggest challenges.

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Robin Bonn, Founder, Co:definery

The Client/Agency relationship is the foundation of our industry. Yet over time, we have seen our role as trusted advisor erode, sliding further downstream in a partnership that can appear to place greater emphasis on the price of outputs than the value of outcomes. How and why has this happened? What behaviors have both clients and agencies exhibited that have created such an imbalance of power? More importably, what steps can the industry take to rebalance the power in the spirit of maximizing the impact of the partnership?

This 90-minute workshop will build on the findings from WPI’s global research and New Marketers Manifesto to establish the tangible actions that will help us regain our leadership role in the client relationship and be paid fairly for our contribution.

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

WPI Shareholders will be invited to stay for a recap to discuss shareholder business.

7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Lion Noir – a modern French restaurant with a lounge, cocktail bar and hidden garden in the heart of Amsterdam opposite the famed flower market – offers an authentic culinary experience in a unique and intriguing setting.

We will leave the hotel at 6:45 pm to walk to Lion Noir for cocktails in their courtyard followed by a seated dinner.
