MAY 14-16, 2024

Community is everything in our industry. We seek to build communities through a direct connection between brands and audiences. We tap in to existing communities to better understand consumers' needs and wants. We collaborate and support our network community to drive growth for our clients, and, for one another.

Hosted in Mexico, a culture known for its focus on family and community, Comunidad24 will explore how we can leverage the power of the Worldwide Partners community to become better marketers, better leaders, better agencies, and a better network. In addition to the industry-leading speakers you have come to expect at our Global Summits, Comunidad24 will provide new opportunities to connect and collaborate with your partners.

Tucked between the ocean and lush jungle, Fairmont Mayakoba offers a distinctive retreat amongst the thrill-seeking adventure, natural beauty, and vibrant culture of the Riviera Maya. More information

What should I wear?

The meeting is business casual and we are staying on a resort on the coast.  Please dress comfortably for the heat, but bring jackets or cardigans for the meeting days which will be in an air conditioned meeting room.

All our social events will be outdoors. On day two dinner will be on the beach so consider sand friendly footwear.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

It is advised to pre-book transportation and avoid any unauthorized taxis at the airport.

We have preferred pricing with a transportation/travel company which you will be able to select during registration.

Alternatively you can book directly alternative transportation via the Cancun airport website

Uber has just recently signed an inclusion agreement with the Cancun taxi drivers which will integrate them into the Uber app.  This is scheduled to come into effect January 1st 2024, bringing the ongoing dispute between taxi drivers and Uber to an end.  Taxis are also available at the hotel which the valet's can assist you with.

This is my first meeting, what should I expect?

Our WPI Global Meetings are a wonderful opportunity to engage with partners from across the globe.

We are an open group, that likes to converse, share stories, discuss agency issues, collaborate about potential joint business/shared resources, etc., and have a good time.

We are at the meeting to learn, but also to network, meet new people, and see long-time friends. It is a laid-back, casual atmosphere that isn’t intimidating. We invite you to come as you are, have fun and learn.

A meeting book with the complete attendee list, contact information and agency background will be sent prior to the meeting.  Use this book as a guide to determine the meetings and conversations you would like to have during the meeting.

The WPI Team can help you to meet anyone in particular, arrange any business meetings with your fellow partners, and/or answer any questions about the network, etc. In short, you are among friends.

Please check whether you require a visa for Mexico. Let Eve Riley at eve@worldwidepartners.com know asap if you require any supporting documentation for the process. Please do this early as visas are taking longer than usual to process.
